How much does a Bali destination wedding cost?
Bali destination wedding packages at Sekar Bali start from Rp 32,000,000 (about USD 2,090) for an intimate Ubud garden ceremony, Rp 38,000,000 for a Seminyak beachfront ceremony, and Rp 45,000,000 for a cliffside Uluwatu ceremony. Each price covers venue coordination, a licensed officiant, floral setup, sound, and one full coordination day. Photography, catering, and accommodation are quoted separately.
Is our Bali wedding legally recognised back home?
We coordinate both symbolic and legal ceremonies, but legal validity depends on your home-country laws. Most couples register their marriage officially at a registry office at home before or after the Bali ceremony. We're glad to point you in the right direction, though we can't give formal legal advice.
How far in advance should we book?
Book 6 to 12 months ahead, especially for peak dates in July, August, and December — some venues have limited weekend slots. Message us on WhatsApp for current availability.
What's included in the package price?
Each package lists its exact inclusions on this page: venue coordination and permit, a licensed officiant, ceremony floral setup, sound, and one full coordination day. Photography (from Rp 9,000,000), catering, and accommodation are separate add-ons.
Can we have a traditional Balinese blessing?
Yes. A Balinese Hindu blessing is available as an optional cultural add-on at most venues, woven into your ceremony with guidance from a local officiant.
Do you cater for intimate elopements?
Absolutely — our smallest packages start at 2 guests. Private, two-person elopements on a cliff, beach, or in a garden are among our most popular bookings.
What is your rain and backup plan?
Every outdoor ceremony has a wet-weather plan: a covered venue option, tenting where suitable, and flexible ceremony timing. We monitor the forecast in the final week and adjust the schedule with you.
How many guests can attend?
Capacity is per venue: Uluwatu hosts 10 to 80 guests, Seminyak 10 to 120, and Ubud 10 to 40. Elopement tiers start at just 2 guests.
What's the payment and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit reserves your date. Cancellations: full refund 90+ days before, 50% refund 60 to 89 days before, and no refund within 59 days. One free date change is allowed with 60+ days' notice.
